Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9999ph ("9999ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 9999ph.one and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

9999ph is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and made available to eligible players in the Philippines. The Platform offers a range of gaming products including, but not limited to, live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and fishing games.

By accessing the 9999ph website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

9999ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations is a fundamental requirement of the Platform's operation.

Eligibility

To register and use the 9999ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 9999ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 9999ph or by any regulatory authority, that prohibits you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

9999ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 9999ph, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one (1) account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When regist ering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 9999ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 9999ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. You may do so by contacting our support team through the channels listed in Section 14 of these Terms.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• You must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process when requested, providing a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID.
• 9999ph reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

9999ph supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

All transactions on 9999ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to a processing period as stated on the Platform at the time of the request.
• 9999ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 9999ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards used for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

9999ph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer on the Platform.

General bonus terms applicable across all 9999ph promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in plain language — 9999ph does not bury conditions in fine print.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9999ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

9999ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective table game as displayed within the live game interface.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. 9999ph will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 9999ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• 9999ph is not responsible for any loss of winnings or inability to place bets resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a wager.
• 9999ph reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any player who is found to be exploiting game mechanics, software vulnerabilities, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 9999ph.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live dealer poker or other competitive formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 9999ph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to 9999ph.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

9999ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 9999ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in connection with the Platform.
• Use any 9999ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9999ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

9999ph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9999ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9999ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

Termination

You may close your 9999ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9999ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 9999ph is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.
• 9999ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 9999ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and 9999ph, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. 9999ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Amendments to These Terms

9999ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 9999ph will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 9999ph recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you access the Platform.
